目的:研究采用颅内碎吸、液化治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果;方法:CT定位,小切口钻孔,颅内血肿穿刺针穿刺、射流冲碎血肿,血肿腔内注入液化剂技术清除血肿;结果:死亡2例,存活出院12例。显示该项技术操作简便,对高血压脑出血有满意的临床效果。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of craniocerebral aspiration and liquefaction in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: CT, small incision drilling, puncture of intracranial hematoma, puncture hematoma of jet, hematoma injection of liquefaction agent to remove hematoma Results: 2 died and 12 survived. Show that the technology is easy to operate, has satisfactory clinical effect on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
