滇南艾为菊科(Compositae)蒿属(Artemisia)特殊的半灌木状草本植物,本课题组曾率先开展过对其花中挥发油的分析研究.为持续深入研究菊科中的特色植物,发现滇南艾中的活性成分,本文采用现代分离技术,首次对其乙醇提取物进行了化学成分研究,从中共分离得到11个已知化合物,分别鉴定为:6-甲氧基-7,8-亚甲二氧基香豆素(1)、7-羟基-6-甲氧基香豆素(2)、methyl 7-methoxy-3-indolecarbonate(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、β-胡萝卜苷(5)、β-hydroxypropiovanillone(6)、异香草酸(7)、香草酸(8)、二十六烷醇(9)、二十烷酸(10)和二十二烷酸(11).其中,化合物6、10和11为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物3为首次从该科植物中分离得到.
