通过对四种重力式多相分离设备定足计算数学模型的综述与分析,认为理论计算模型和停留时间模型较简单、直观,但计算误差较大,不能对设备进行性能预测;C—E模型在设备定尺计算和性能预测上优于上两种模型,但其适用的广泛性较差,只适用于游离水脱除器;粒级效率模型在上述两方面要好于C—E模型,但由于一般工程设计人员难于实现以液滴粒径分布进行测定,导致粒级效率模型在实用上有一定的困难。
Through the review and analysis of the fixed-point calculation mathematical model for four kinds of gravitational polyphase separation equipment, it is considered that the theoretical calculation model and the residence time model are simple and intuitive, but the calculation errors are large and the performance of the equipment can not be predicted. The C-E model It is superior to the above two models in terms of device length calculation and performance prediction, but its applicability is relatively poor, which is only applicable to free water remover.
