目的比较分析颅脑CT与核磁共振在早期脑梗死中的诊断价值。方法 104例早期脑梗死患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组52例。观察组采用核磁共振的诊断方法 ,对照组采用CT的诊断方法。对比不同检测技术的诊断准确性。结果经过核磁共振和颅脑CT诊断后,通过临床诊断核实,观察组诊断准确率为96.15%,对照组诊断准确率为61.54%,观察组诊断准确率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论核磁共振对早期脑梗死的诊断准确率优于颅脑CT诊断,对早期脑梗死的诊断价值较高。
Objective To compare and analyze the diagnostic value of brain CT and MRI in early cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 104 patients with early cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 52 cases in each group. The observation group was diagnosed by nuclear magnetic resonance and the control group was diagnosed by CT. Compare the diagnostic accuracy of different detection techniques. Results After MRI and CT diagnosis, the diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was 96.15% and the diagnostic accuracy rate of the control group was 61.54%. The diagnostic accuracy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for early cerebral infarction is better than that of brain CT diagnosis, and it has a higher diagnostic value for early cerebral infarction.
