国内使用氨硫脲(简称TB_1)治疗结核病,为避免副作用,日剂量一般在100mg以下,亦有150mg的。多数人认为150mg的疗效高于100mg。但对其副作用的发生频率各地报告高低不一,且存在地区、民族的差异。为考核TB_1 100mg和150mg的副作用发生情况,我们于一九八一年上半年将112名肺结核病人分为两组,一组应用lNH0.4+TB_1 100mg;另一组应用INH0.4+TB_1l 150mg,均为每日一次顿服,进行了六个月副作用观察。(TB_1系山
