对660 MW超超临界锅炉给水低氧处理实践效果进行总结和分析。结果表明,给水低氧处理在抑制炉前系统流动加速腐蚀,减缓锅炉结垢和锅炉压差上升速率等方面效果显著,同时还可避免蒸汽中高氧含量可能对金属高温氧化产生的影响。
The 660 MW ultra-supercritical boiler feed water hypoxia treatment practice results are summarized and analyzed. The results show that the low oxygen treatment of feed water has significant effect in suppressing the accelerated flow in the front of the furnace, slowing boiler fouling and the rate of pressure rise in the boiler, and can also avoid the influence of high oxygen content in the steam on the high temperature oxidation of the metal.
