中医伤科治疗骨折有着悠久的历史,它除了和西医一样重视整复固定和功能锻炼外,还有一整套内治的理法方药。为了探索中西医结合治疗骨折的内治怯,我们进行了实验性骨折,观察了理气活血剂在骨折愈合过程中,对生物力学强度、应力应变特性、胶原纤维形成和钙盐沉积的影响。
Traumatology has a long history in the treatment of fractures of traditional Chinese medicine. In addition to Western medicine, it attaches importance to rehabilitation and functional exercise, as well as a set of internal medicine principles. In order to explore the internal treatment of fractures with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, we performed experimental fractures and observed the effects of qi and blood-activating agents on biomechanical strength, stress-strain characteristics, collagen fiber formation, and calcium salt deposition during fracture healing.
