我科于1986年起佐以酚妥拉明治疗重症肺炎43例,疗效满意。本组中男29例,女14例。1岁以内37例,其中新生儿8例;1～3岁6例。伴有心力衰竭者38例。全部患儿针对病因治疗、抗感染、氧吸入、纠正酸中毒等。伴有心力衰竭者酚妥拉明和强心甙联合应用。酚妥拉明每次1mg/kg,阿拉明每次0.5mg/kg,加入10％萄萄糖10mI静滴20分钟以上,根据病情4～6小时可重复1次。一般用药
