由中国公路学会道路工程学会、四川省公路学会道路专业委员会共同组织,全国道路沥青改性经验交流会于1994年11月在四川省宜宾召开。61个单位、106名代表参加会议。唐中一理事长介绍了近年来国内外道路沥青改性技术的发展情况。欧明星付所长介绍了在奥地利等国考察沥青改性技术情况。会议共收到学术论文28篇,25位同志在大会上宣读论文。会上会下,各抒己见,切磋探讨,学术气氛浓厚。会议期间,参观了宜宾总段在川云中路铺筑的硫磺沥青路段,柏树溪沥青库,乳化沥青车间以及用乳化沥青稀浆封层的道路。会后将评选论文,出版论文集。
By the Chinese Society of Road Engineering Society of Roads, Sichuan Provincial Highway Society Road Professional Committee jointly organized by the National Road asphalt exchange experience exchange meeting in November 1994 in Yibin, Sichuan Province. 61 units, 106 representatives attended the meeting. Chairman Tang Zhongyi introduced the development of road asphalt modification technology at home and abroad in recent years. Ou Mingxing paid director introduced in Austria and other countries to examine the situation of asphalt modification technology. A total of 28 academic papers were received at the conference, and 25 comrades presented papers at the conference. The meeting will be under, all express their views, discuss exploration, academic atmosphere. During the meeting, a visit was made to the section of sulfur asphalt covered by the Yibin section in Chuanyunzhong Road, the cypress library, the emulsified asphalt workshop, and the road covered with emulsified asphalt slurry. After the conference will be selected papers, published essays.
