文中提出了一种新的计算低肋横槽管外单管降膜吸收时的数学模型:把肋片形状为等边三角形、肋片高度小于0.5mm的横槽管管外液膜看成是由内层和外层组成。通过理论分析,得出了内层液膜内的速度、温度和浓度分布的解析解,外层则用数值计算的方法求解,内层和外层之间采用二阶耦合法,使内、外层之间能光滑过渡。应用上述数学模型,研究了这种传热管管外液膜内的速度、温度和浓度分布。
In this paper, a new mathematic model for calculating the absorption of single-tube falling film outside the tube with low-ribbed transverse channels is presented in this paper. The transverse liquid film outside the transverse tube with the rib shape of equilateral triangle and the fin height less than 0.5mm Is composed of the inner and outer layers. Through theoretical analysis, we get the analytic solution of the velocity, temperature and concentration distribution in the inner liquid film. The outer layer is solved by the numerical method. The second order coupling method is used between the inner layer and the outer layer, Between the layers can be a smooth transition. Applying the above mathematical model, the velocity, temperature and concentration distribution in the liquid film outside the heat transfer tube were studied.
