随着我国社会经济的快速发展,各行各业的操作技术都在不断的进步。而目前我国的焊接技术发展更是快速。但当前的焊接工艺技术在加工不锈钢时,难免会产生使不锈钢变形的状况,这是现代焊接工艺中避免不了的。不锈钢变形之后,对以后的使用有十分大的影响。所以说解决焊接工艺给不锈钢带来的变形困扰是十分必要的。本文主要分析了在焊接工艺中致使不锈钢变形的原因,并据此提出了较为可行的意见。说明在焊接工艺中采用正确的手段,在焊接前进行适当的控制,做好焊接过程中的监督管理,加强焊接后的修正工作,在一定程度上是可以降低不锈钢的变形程度的。
With the rapid development of social economy in our country, the operating techniques of all walks of life are constantly improving. At present, the development of welding technology in our country is even faster. However, the current welding technology in the processing of stainless steel, it will inevitably produce stainless steel deformation, which is the modern welding process can not be avoided. After the deformation of stainless steel, the use of the future have a very big impact. So to solve the welding process to deformation caused by stainless steel is very necessary. This paper mainly analyzes the reasons that lead to the deformation of stainless steel in the welding process, and puts forward more feasible opinions accordingly. It shows that using the correct method in the welding process, proper control before welding, supervision and management in the welding process and strengthening of the welding after the amendment, to a certain extent, can reduce the degree of deformation of stainless steel.
