锦州采油厂采油作业四区稠油区块抽油机井约300口,动力源一般采用三相异步电动机,耗电量约占作业区全年总用电量的2/3。由于影响抽油机井耗电量的因素较多,导致同一区块条件下抽油机井耗电量差异较大,因此,通过分析抽油机在运转过程中各节点的能耗损失,针对影响抽油机耗电量的主要因素,采取积极有效的应对措施,降低抽油机运转损耗,提高电能利用率,对于节约电能和缓和供电紧张有着极其重要的经济意义。
There are about 300 pumping wells in the heavy oil block of the four districts of Jinzhou Oil Production Plant. The three-phase asynchronous motor is generally used as the power source. The power consumption accounts for about two-thirds of the total annual electricity consumption of the operating area. Because of the many factors affecting the power consumption of pumping wells, leading to large differences in the power consumption of pumping wells under the same block conditions, therefore, by analyzing the loss of energy consumption of each node of the pumping unit during operation, The main factors of the power consumption of the engine take active and effective countermeasures to reduce operating loss of the pumping unit and improve the utilization of electric energy. It is of extremely important economic significance for saving electric power and easing power supply tension.
