随着液晶空间光调制器的广泛应用,利用液晶空间光调制器生成涡旋光束的方法越来越实用。由于反射式液晶空间光调制器制作工艺的缺陷,使得生成出来的涡旋光束质量并不是十分完美的。就反射式液晶空间光调制器这一缺陷提出了一种基于Gerchberg-Saxton(GS)相位恢复算法的像差补偿方法,通过像差补偿使得反射式液晶空间光调制器生成出来的涡旋光束质量(对称性)得到提高,进而从理论上说明了反射式液晶空间光调制器生成各种完美环形光的方法。
With the wide application of liquid crystal spatial light modulator, it is more and more practical to use the liquid crystal spatial light modulator to generate the vortex beam. Due to the defects of the reflective liquid crystal spatial light modulator manufacturing process, the quality of the generated vortex beam is not perfect. In this paper, a method of aberration compensation based on the phase recovery algorithm of Gerchberg-Saxton (GS) is proposed to overcome the defect of the reflective liquid crystal spatial light modulator. The aberration compensation makes the vortex beam quality generated by the reflective liquid crystal spatial light modulator (Symmetry) is improved, and then a theoretical explanation of the reflective liquid crystal spatial light modulator generates a variety of perfect ring light method.
