青年干警的培养是当前各级检察机关面临的重点工作之一。从招录人员入职初期便即刻培养与加强青年干警的政治素质与业务能力已成为检察机关政治部门的共识。本文从新近入职人员培训和培养的空白点、薄弱点着手,提出了亟需解决并面对的五个方面,以期能够更全面的促进检察机关青年干警的成长。
The training of young police officers is one of the key tasks facing procuratorial organs at all levels. It has become the consensus of the political departments of procuratorial organs to immediately train and strengthen the political quality and professional ability of young officers and clerks when they start their employment. This article starts from the blank point and weak point of the training and training of newly recruited personnel, and puts forward five aspects which are urgently needed to be solved and confronted so as to promote the growth of young police officers in procuratorial organs in a more comprehensive way.
