广州市番禺区南村镇2011~2014年水痘疫情分析及防控对策研究

目的目的有效分析广州市番禺区南村镇的水痘疫情流行病学情况,制定更有效的水痘防控措施。方法采用流行病学方法,回顾性分析2011~2014年广州市番禺区南村镇491例隔离水痘患者的临床资料和流行病学调查。结果番禺区南村镇水痘疫情情况具有明显的季节性以及人群分布情况,其中以1、4、5、12月高发(分别占13.03%、11%、12.02%、14.05%),年龄<14岁的儿童多发(78.21%)。结论该地区政府应重视水痘的防治,针对儿童和有关重点人群,加强学校、托幼机构和流动人员的健康教育,争取早发现、早报告、早治疗,进一步提高全镇防治水平,确保当地人民群众的身心健康和安居乐业。 Objective To effectively analyze the epidemic situation of chickenpox outbreak in Nancun, Panyu District, Guangzhou, and to develop more effective control measures for chickenpox. Methods The clinical data and epidemiological investigation of 491 isolated chickenpox patients in Nancun Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou from 2011 to 2014 were retrospectively analyzed by epidemiological method. Results The epidemic situation of chickenpox in Nancun Town of Panyu District was obviously seasonal and the population distribution. Among them, the prevalence of chickenpox was high in January, April, May and December (13.03%, 11%, 12.02% and 14.05% respectively) Multiple children (78.21%). Conclusion The government in this area should pay attention to the prevention and treatment of chickenpox, strengthen the health education for children and relevant key population, strengthen the health education of schools, kindergartens and migrants, strive for early detection, early report and early treatment, further improve the prevention and treatment level of the whole town, ensure the local people The people’s physical and mental health and live and work in peace.
