急救医学是随着人类社会的进步,医学科学的发展,生活水平和生活节奏的改变,人类疾病谱的转化而日臻独立和完善的医学学科。通过了解和分析陕西省急救医疗机构、技术设施、人员建制和素质的概况,综观急诊病人的发病情况,提示迅速建立完善的、实用的、现代化急救网的现实意义。急救医学对院内抢救和诸多的院前工作都提出很高的要求,涉及到较为广泛的社会因素,如何建立、健全急救医疗设施网,拟为临床社会医学探讨的一个热点问题。
Emergency medicine is a medical discipline that has evolved with the advancement of human society, the development of medical science, the improvement of living standards and the rhythm of life, and the transformation of human disease spectrum. Through understanding and analyzing the situation of emergency medical institutions, technical facilities, personnel establishment and quality in Shaanxi Province, and taking a comprehensive view of the incidence of emergency patients, the practical significance of promptly establishing a sound, practical and modern emergency network is prompted. Emergency medicine places high demands on hospital rescue and many pre-hospital tasks. It involves a wide range of social factors. How to establish and improve the network of emergency medical facilities is intended to be a hot issue in clinical social medicine.
