近年来,随着改革开放的进一步深化,经济建设和社会发展的突飞猛进,教育改革全面铺开,高等院校大规模合并、扩招、升级,师范院校迅速转制与转轨,教育人才机制和教师聘任制度的进一步转变,师范院校美术教育专业面临着新的挑战,深化教育改革势在必行。其实这种改革已不再是单纯的教育问题,它广泛涉及政治、经济、文化、精神诸方面的社会环境,和历史、传统、国内国际多方面的问题,绝不是一个孤立的现象。笔者长期从事师范教育,深有感触,在当代国内教育大环境大前提尚不敢妄言的前提下,提出以下意见,供大家思考。
