目的探讨青紫颗粒的抗过敏反应。方法选择60只15~17g及10只30g昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半。取10只体重30g小鼠,两后脚掌各注入天花粉氢氧化铝凝胶混悬液0.05ml,7d后处死,取血清备用。取50只15~17g小鼠(实验组),将上述血清稀释后在每只小鼠腹壁皮内注射0.06ml,余10只作为空白对照。将50只实验组小鼠随机分为5组:模型对照组,清紫颗粒高剂量组(0.194g/ml)、中剂量组(0.097g/ml)、低剂量组(0.0485g/ml)和马来酸氯苯那敏组(0.1mg/ml)。空白对照组、模型对照组给予生理盐水灌胃,其余各组均给予相应药物灌胃,连续给药7d后注射天花粉注射液24mg/kg,20min后处死,采用蓝斑面积法和比色法评价各组药物对小鼠被动皮肤过敏反应的抑制作用。结果清紫颗粒高、中、低剂量组均对小鼠被动皮肤过敏反应有抑制作用,清紫颗粒高剂量组和马来酸氯苯那敏组的抑制作用优于清紫颗粒的中、低剂量组。结论清紫颗粒具有良好的抗过敏作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-allergic reaction of Qing Zi Granules. Methods A total of 60 15–17 g and 10 30 g Kunming mice were selected, half male and half female. Take 10 mice weighing 30 g, and then inject each foot into the pollen powder aluminum hydroxide gel 0.05 ml. After 7 days, take the serum for use. Fifty 15-17 g mice (experimental group) were taken. The serum was diluted and 0.06 ml was intradermally injected into the abdominal wall of each mouse. The remaining 10 mice served as blank control. Fifty mice in the experimental group were randomly divided into five groups: model control group, high-dose Qingzhi Granule group (0.194 g/ml), middle-dose group (0.097 g/ml), low-dose group (0.0485 g/ml) and Chlorpheniramine maleate group (0.1 mg/ml). The blank control group and the model control group were given normal saline to the stomach, and the other groups were given the corresponding drugs by gavage. After 7 days of continuous administration, the day-to-day dried pollen injection was 24 mg/kg, and was sacrificed 20 minutes later. The blue spot method and colorimetry method were used for evaluation. Inhibitory effects of various drugs on passive cutaneous anaphylaxis in mice. Results The high, middle and low doses of Qingzi Granules all had inhibitory effects on passive cutaneous anaphylaxis in mice. Qingzhi Granule high dose group and chlorpheniramine maleate group had better inhibitory effects than Qing Zi granules. Dosage group. Conclusion Qingzi Granules have good anti-allergic effects.
