中学生(13~15岁)正是力量进一步增长,内脏器官功能提高,神经过程逐渐趋于均衡,耐力素质有较大发展的时期,所以此阶段较适宜从事中长跑练习。从事中长跑活动能改善人的呼吸系统和血液循环系统的功能。发展耐力素质,同时可以培养学生坚毅顽强、吃苦耐劳和战胜困难的意志品质,增强体质,提高健康水平。 教学中发现学生在练中长跑时有许多错误之处,现谈一谈错误之处及其纠正方法,仅供参考。
