JAK-STAT(Janus kinase signal transducer and activator of transcription)途径中JAK的底物,接受生长因子与细胞因子等细胞外信号刺激激活。
Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) is an important member of the signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK) signaling pathway. As a substrate for JAK in the JAK-STAT pathway, To accept growth factors and cytokines such as activation of extracellular signals. Activation of signal transducers and activators of transcription 3 into the nucleus, combined with the target gene, modified target gene expression, thereby regulating cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Studies have shown that abnormal activation of signal transducer and activator of transcription can promote cell malignant transformation and progression by inhibiting apoptosis, promoting cell proliferation and the like. Abnormal activation of members of the signal transducers and activators of transcription in many human malignancies. By blocking this pathway, it can inhibit tumor cell proliferation and promote apoptosis. JAK-STAT signal transduction pathway may be involved in the development of gynecologic malignancies. Further studies on signal transducers and activators of transcription 3 may provide clues for the early diagnosis and prognosis of gynecological malignancies and provide new targets for the treatment of gynecologic malignancies such as ovarian cancer.
