通过逐次逼近算例,论述了挖掘机底盘类的机械构件在无规律载荷和无限寿命时的疲劳概率计算程序;给出了应力幅为正态分布和指数分布的极限载荷系数np的计算公式和曲线图,及机械零件在无规律载荷和无限寿命时的破坏概率计算公式与概率数值曲线图,可供工程技术人员实际设计时应用。
Through successive approximation examples, the fatigue probability calculation program of mechanical components of excavator chassis under irregular load and infinite life is discussed. The formula of ultimate load coefficient np with normal stress distribution and exponential distribution and Curve, and mechanical parts in the non-regular load and infinite life damage probability calculation formula and the probability of numerical curves for engineers and technicians to design the actual application.
