意大利和西班牙研制出小型机动的混凝土搅拌机,上面装有经济实用并能更换的搅拌筒,拌筒容量0.5～5.5m~3。这种搅拌机可向小(下转54页) (上接25页)型建筑工程运送混凝土而不必建造混凝土搅拌站。它的特点是机动灵活,通过能力强。在一些没有道路的地方铺设管道、修建公路和人行道、修建供水系统时都能采用这种搅拌机。小型混凝土搅拌机的结构特点是配备有水泵、自动供料装置和供水系统。特制底盘提高了通过能力。现在流行的方式是后置搅拌筒,前置可以转动的司机座椅,以保证司机具有良好的视野。搅拌筒为机械式倾翻,能水平转动并能提升,可侧向卸料并能提高卸载高度。
Italy and Spain have developed small mobile concrete mixers equipped with economical and practical mixers that can be exchanged, with drum capacities of 0.5-5.5m-3. This type of mixer can transport concrete to small (down to page 54) (above, page 25) type building projects without having to build a concrete mixing plant. It is characterized by mobility and strong ability to pass. This type of mixer can be used when laying pipes, roads and walkways, and building water systems in areas where there are no roads. The structural features of the small concrete mixer are equipped with a water pump, an automatic feeding device and a water supply system. The special chassis improves the ability to pass. The current popular method is the rear mixer drum, with the driver seat that can be turned in front to ensure that the driver has a good view. The mixer drum is mechanically tipped, capable of horizontal rotation and lifting, lateral discharge and increased unloading height.
