由于张力与温度等参数的作用,带钢在立式连续退火炉内往往发生瓢曲甚至断带的现象。而带钢温度是引起立式连续退火炉内瓢曲及断带现象不可忽略的因素之一。本文从温度高低和温度分布两方面分析了温度对退火炉内带钢的作用。利用弹性力学及热应力的基本公式解析求解了立式退火炉内热应力。根据本文的计算和分析,温度的升高降低了带钢的屈服极限,从而降低了带钢承受张力的极限;而温度梯度的存在导致带钢内部热应力的产生,同样降低了带钢所能承受的张力的极限。
Due to the role of tension and temperature parameters, the strip in the vertical continuous annealing furnace often occur scoops or even broken belt phenomenon. The temperature of the strip is one of the factors which can not be ignored in the vertical continuous annealing furnace. This paper analyzes the effect of temperature on the strip steel in annealing furnace from the aspects of temperature and temperature distribution. The thermal stress in the vertical annealing furnace was solved by using the basic formulas of elasticity and thermal stress. According to the calculation and analysis in this paper, the increase of temperature decreases the yield limit of the strip and thus reduces the ultimate tensile force of the strip. The existence of temperature gradient leads to the generation of thermal stress in the strip, The limit of tension.
