目的研究核磁扩散加权成像对于子宫内膜癌Ⅰ期在诊断中的作用。方法回顾性分析我院经病理证实为子宫内膜癌Ⅰ期及良性病变患共47例的术前核磁共振图像,以病理结果为金标准,以磁共振不同序列诊断子宫内膜癌I期及良性病变,比较不同序列对诊断的差异,研究DWI的作用。结果 DWI联合T2WI或DCE-MR能较为清楚准确地观察子宫内膜病变,较单独T2WI、DCE-MRI提高了诊断的准确率。结论 DWI提高Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌的诊断准确率。
Objective To investigate the role of nuclear magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer stage Ⅰ. Methods Retrospective analysis of 47 cases of pathologically confirmed endometrial cancer and benign lesions in 47 cases of preoperative MRI, the pathological results as the gold standard, with different sequences of MRI diagnosis of endometrial cancer stage I and Benign lesions, comparing different sequences on the diagnosis of differences, study the role of DWI. Results DWI combined with T2WI or DCE-MR could clearly and accurately detect endometrial lesions. Compared with T2WI and DCE-MRI alone, DWI increased the diagnostic accuracy. Conclusion DWI can improve the diagnostic accuracy of stage Ⅰ endometrial cancer.
