项目经理是公路施工活动的最高领导者、组织者和责任者,在公路施工项目管理中起决定性作用,尤其是高速公路施工的项目经理,责任更重。本文就浙江大舜公路建设有限公司浙江金丽温高速公路丽青段18标项目部施工实际,谈谈如何当好项目经理。金丽温高速丽青段第18合同段工程,主体为全长3535m的博瑞沿江特大桥一座,总工程量为1.75亿元,是公司有史以来承建体量最大的工程项目,所以,从工程招投标开始,公司对该项目花大力气,以各方面政策的倾斜,促进工程项目的管理。自组建项目部起,自始至终抓好项目的现场管理,从项目的人、财、物、技术的组织到责、权、利的落实,严格以项目法管理办法,科学精心管理,严格规范施工,以让业主满意作为一切工作的出发点和落脚点。
