成人高校的学员从生活阅历、工作经验、思想水平、写作能力等方面来说,都已有了某种定势(优势或劣势)。在他们中间,有的学员有比较丰富的写作实践经验,但缺乏写作理论指导;有的学员则平时很少动笔,缺乏写作实践机会和能力。尽管成人学员一般对写作课都有较强烈的学习愿望,他们深感在实际工作中写作是那么重要,但由于某种劣势,在一段时间内学无长进,而失去信心。这种现象值得教师深思和探索。那么,如何根据成人学习规律进行写作课教学呢?笔者仅从这门课的一个侧面做了一些尝试,对
Students in adult colleges and universities have some sort of certain advantages (advantages or disadvantages) in terms of life experience, work experience, ideological level and writing ability. Among them, some students have rich experience in writing practice, but lack of theoretical guidance for writing; while others usually seldom write and lack the opportunity and ability to practice writing. Although adult learners generally have a strong desire to learn writing lessons, they feel it is important to write in practical work. However, due to some disadvantage, they fail to make progress and lose confidence in a period of time. This phenomenon deserves teachers’ reflection and exploration. So, how to carry out the teaching of writing according to the law of adult learning? I only do some attempts from one side of this course,
