目的评价亚胺培南／西司他丁与头孢他啶治疗耐头孢噻肟阴性菌下呼吸道感染。方法对近３年收治的确诊为耐头孢噻肟阴性菌下呼吸道感染９８例患者，回顾性比较了亚胺培南／西司他丁和头孢他啶的临床疗效，细菌清除力。结果泰能治疗耐头孢噻肟阴性菌下呼吸道感染有效率为９０％，明显高于头孢他啶（Ｐ＜０．０５）；泰能清除细菌能力明显强于头孢他啶（Ｐ＜０．０５），尤以对产Ⅰ型诱导酶肠杆菌表现最为突出（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论治疗耐头孢噻肟阴性菌下呼吸道感染或对头孢噻肟治疗无效病例需要替换用药时，应以泰能作为首选方案
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of imipenem / cilastatin combined with ceftazidime in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections resistant to cefotaxime. Methods A total of 98 patients with lower respiratory tract infections resistant to cefotaxime were admitted in the recent 3 years. The clinical efficacy and bacterial clearance of imipenem / cilastatin and ceftazidime were compared retrospectively. Results The effective rate of treatment of lower respiratory tract infection with cefotaxime-resistant bacteria was 90%, which was significantly higher than that of ceftazidime (P <0.05). The ability of removing bacteria was significantly stronger than that of ceftazidime (P <0.05) On the production of type Ⅰ induced Enterobacteriaceae most prominent (P <0.01). Conclusion Treatment of cefotaxime-resistant strains of lower respiratory tract infection or cefotaxime treatment ineffective cases need to be replaced with medication, should take Thai as the preferred option
