任职教育是我军教育体制的一次改革,与学历教育相比有着自身鲜明的特点。贯彻以“学”为中心的现代教育思想是任职教育对提高培养对象岗位任职能力的具体要求,而开展第二课堂活动是学员队管理工作实现这一目标的载体,是学员们专业知识实践的平台。应针对士官学员队管理工作中开展第二课堂活动存在的制约因素,深入思考学员队如何凭借管理举措开展第二课堂,使学员队管理与第二课堂活动相互促进,从而实现第二课堂的意义效能最大化。
