中国社会的量刑转型有赖于公民社会的成长,NGO发展形成公共领域是公民社会发育的条件。本文试图从几个角度描述中国公民社会的现状,并概括性分析社团在公民社会成长过程中能够起到的作用。
The sentencing reform in Chinese society depends on the growth of civil society. The development of NGOs to form the public sphere is the condition for the development of civil society. This article attempts to describe the current situation of Chinese civil society from several perspectives and summarizes the role that societies can play in the growth of civil society.
