银行产品的创新是一个涉及到产品概念定位、调整、测试、产品市场调查及效果预测、产品正式上市这五个方面的复杂过程。本文研究的银行产品创新的客户可用性测试是指客户对产品概念测试和产品市场调查及效果预测。通过对产品创新的客户可用性进行测试,银行可以及时获取客户对其产品的评价信息并对产品进行有效调整,从而提高银行的竞争力。银行产品创新的研究主要集中在以下四方面:
The innovation of bank products is a complex process involving the positioning, adjustment, testing, market research and forecasting of products, and the formal listing of products. The customer usability test of bank product innovation in this paper refers to customer’s concept testing of product and market investigation of product as well as prediction of effect. By testing the customer availability of product innovation, the bank can timely obtain the customer’s evaluation information of its products and adjust the products effectively to improve the competitiveness of the bank.
