冷镦钢盘条10B21在使用时由于变形较大,容易在表面造成开裂。为了改善10B21盘条的性能,降低冷镦时开裂的概率,采用金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段对开裂试样进行了观察和分析。结果表明:10B21开裂处两侧存在脱碳现象,晶粒长大趋势明显。主要是原材料表面存在线状缺陷所致,而缺陷周围组织正常,也未见到大颗粒夹杂,对此提出了改进措施。
Cold heading steel wire rod 10B21 in use due to deformation is large, easy to cause cracking on the surface. In order to improve the performance of 10B21 wire rod and reduce the probability of cracking during cold heading, the cracking samples were observed and analyzed by means of metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that there is decarburization on both sides of 10B21 crack, and the grain growth tendency is obvious. Mainly due to the presence of linear defects on the surface of the raw material, and the normal tissue around the defect, also did not see the inclusion of large particles, which proposed improvements.
