本文通过对带有保温系统的复合外墙板进行数值模拟研究,利用均质化理论对复合墙板进行简化,提出将带有保温系统的复合外墙板简化为弹簧模型和等效简化计算模型,得出了等效后的墙板材料弹性模量计算公式以及复合外墙板保温系统对于墙板刚度的提高系数,同时针对整体结构进行数值模拟。结果表明,本文提出的两种复合外墙板简化计算模型与实体模型相比位移值相差小于6%,计算结果与理论值相差较小;当考虑复合外墙板保温系统时,墙板刚度提高9%~14%,同时整体结构的刚度也有明显的提高;基于复合外墙板等效简化模型的复合墙板结构的计算方法更为精确。
In this paper, we study the numerical simulation of composite wall panels with thermal insulation system and simplify the composite wall panels by using the theory of homogenization. We propose to simplify the composite exterior wall panels with thermal insulation system into spring model and equivalent simplified calculation model , And obtained the equivalent elastic modulus calculation formula of wallboard material and the coefficient of improvement for wallboard stiffness of the composite wallboard insulation system, and carried out numerical simulation of the overall structure. The results show that the difference between the simplified calculation model and the solid model proposed in this paper is less than 6%, and the difference between the calculation results and the theoretical value is small. When the composite wallboard insulation system is considered, the rigidity of the wallboard increases 9% ~ 14%. At the same time, the stiffness of the whole structure is obviously improved. The calculation method of composite wallboard based on equivalent simplified model of composite exterior wall is more accurate.
