据报导,近年来利用蜜环菌深层发酵物代天麻的研究已获成功。我们于76年在小型深层发酵试验的基础上,进行固体发酵培养与临床验证。试验证明,蜜环菌固体发酵产物亦具有天麻的药理活性和临床疗效。本文报道有关蜜环菌固体发酵的试验结果。
It has been reported that in recent years, the research on the use of Armillaria mellea deep fermentation on behalf of Gastrodia has been successful. We conducted solid-state fermentation and clinical validation on the basis of a small deep-layer fermentation test in 1976. Experiments show that honey solid fungal fermentation product also has the pharmacological activity of Gastrodia elata and clinical efficacy. This article reports the experimental results on Armillalla solid fermentation.
