对活塞环进行辉光离子C-N-S三元共渗可提高其使用可靠性及寿命。某厂研究了该工艺的机理、物理特性、共渗工艺流程及检测方法。研究结果表明:采用辉光离子C-N-S三元共渗处理的活塞环具有磨合快,蓄油性、自润性好,耐磨及高温抗粘连性好,具有很高的抗腐性和较高的抗疲劳极限。该工艺与其它工艺方法相比:工艺简单稳定、可控性好,热变形小,可节约贵重金属,成本低,劳动环境好。
Glow-ion C-N-S ternary percolation of the piston ring can improve the reliability and service life of the piston ring. A plant to study the process of the mechanism, physical characteristics, common infiltration process and testing methods.
