利用自制的医用气体质谱仪测量了肺量计的混气时间。在强迫对流条件下,氮(N_2)、氧(O_2)、二氧化碳(CO_2)以及氩(Ar)气体混合达到平衡的时间均小于5秒。在非强迫对流条件下,氮与二氧化碳的扩散平衡时间不相同,且都大于300秒。提出了合理使用肺量计的建议。
The gas mixing time of the spirometer was measured using a home-made medical gas mass spectrometer. Under forced convection conditions, the time for nitrogen (N 2), oxygen (O 2), carbon dioxide (CO 2) and argon (Ar) gas to reach equilibrium is less than 5 seconds. Under non-forced convection conditions, the diffusion equilibrium time of nitrogen and carbon dioxide is different, and both are greater than 300 seconds. Proposed reasonable use of spirometer recommendations.
