非物质文化遗产作为一个民族历史的重要组成部分,对于弘扬民族文化传统,传播民族精神理念有着举足轻重的意义,“遗产”代表着是一种财富,与物质财富相比,文化遗产的价值往往更高,内容更丰富,惠及民众更广泛,从而意义非凡。非物质文化遗产的特殊存在形态,使其的保留与传承比其他艺术文化形态更艰难,作为艺术文化的直接传播与承载的群体,高校美术教育院系理应承担比普通民众更多的责任与担当。
