目前,年鉴信息收录存在信息覆盖面不广、条目提取不精、年鉴内各信息比例分配失衡等问题。这主要是由于年鉴来稿渠道单一、年鉴条目设计粗放、编读之间较少信息反馈造成的。针对此类问题,年鉴工作者要加强对年鉴条目设计的研究和指导,扩大年鉴信息源,加强与撰稿人及用鉴单位的双向沟通。
At present, there is such problems as the information coverage of the yearbook is not extensive, the entries are not properly extracted, and the proportion of information in the yearbook is unbalanced. This is mainly due to the yearbook draft single channel, the extensive design of the almanac entries, compiled by the less information feedback caused. In response to such problems, yearbook workers should strengthen their research and guidance on the design of yearbook entries, expand the sources of yearbooks, and enhance two-way communication with copywriters and reference units.
