房地产行业是经济发展过程中重要的组成部分,尤其近年来,我国城市化建设明显增速,住房刚需大幅度提升,房地产已经成为国民经济支柱产业之一。但同时,住房作为社会生存的必需品,关系到人民的安居乐业和社会稳定,房地产经济的不理性发展造成房价虚高、经济泡沫,甚至成为投机的商品,对房地产业的健康发展十分不利。本文以下针对我国房地产经济发展的现状进行分析,提出存在的问题,并探讨未来的发展趋势。
The real estate industry is an important part in the process of economic development. Especially in recent years, the urbanization in our country has witnessed a significant growth. The housing needs to be substantially increased. Real estate has become one of the pillar industries in the national economy. However, at the same time, housing, as a necessity for social survival, has a bearing on the livelihood and social stability of the people. The irrational development of the real estate economy has caused the real estate industry to develop healthily because of the price hikes, economic bubbles and even speculation. The following article analyzes the current situation of China’s real estate economic development, puts forward the existing problems and discusses the future development trend.
