伴随工业进展,大型锅炉被涵盖在体系以内。有效管控平日内的排放,缩减飞灰总量,是应被侧重化解的疑难。在设定指标内,锅炉运行的特性指标为含有飞灰的总含碳量。飞灰含有的总碳量,始终没能被缩减。含碳偏多的成因,包含煤粉被研磨的细度、锅炉荷载的总负荷、燃烧特性及流程、运行之中的调整动力。若没能妥善管控,飞灰含碳偏高,就会污染空气。为此,有必要辨识飞灰碳偏高的根源,摸索降低对策。
With the progress of the industry, large boilers are covered within the system. Effective control of emissions during weekdays and reduction of the total amount of fly ash is a difficult problem to be solved. Within the set targets, the performance index of the boiler operation is the total carbon content of fly ash. The total amount of carbon contained in fly ash has not been reduced. The reason for the high carbon content includes fineness of pulverized coal, total load of boiler load, combustion characteristics and flow, and adjustment power during operation. If not properly controlled, fly ash high carbon content, it will pollute the air. To this end, it is necessary to identify the high carbon source of fly ash, explore ways to reduce.
