近年来,我院应用大力克治疗小儿细菌性上呼吸道感染150例,取得满意效果。现报告如下。 资料与方法:细菌性上呼吸道感染患儿共300例,男162例,女138例;年龄6个月至12岁;病程1～3天。实验室检查WBC>10×10~9/L,N>0.50。其中发热254例,流涕280例,咳嗽284例,咽痛139例,气促128例,扁桃体肿大141例。胸部X线检查示肺纹理增强124例。随机分为治疗组与对照组各150例,两组在年龄、性别、病程、临床症状及体征等方面均无明显差异。两组均给予支持疗法及对症治疗。治疗组加用大力克1～2mg/(kg·d),分2次服用,并嘱多饮水;
In recent years, our hospital applied great force to treat children with bacterial upper respiratory tract infection in 150 cases, and achieved satisfactory results. The report is as follows.
