对合成脲醛树脂的工艺参数进行了研究,并加入适量的聚乙烯醇、苯胺作为改性剂对脲醛树脂进行改性。改性后的脲醛树脂游离甲醛含量显著下降,剪切强度和耐水性也明显提高。最佳反应条件为:F/U物质的量比为1.6,缩聚温度为85℃,pH为5.5,改性剂聚乙烯醇和苯胺分别占尿素总量的1.2%和9%。
The process parameters of synthetic urea-formaldehyde resin were studied, and the appropriate amount of polyvinyl alcohol and aniline were used as modifier to modify the urea-formaldehyde resin. The content of free formaldehyde in the modified urea formaldehyde resin decreased significantly, and the shear strength and water resistance also increased obviously. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of F / U was 1.6, the temperature of polycondensation was 85 ℃, pH was 5.5, and the modifiers polyvinyl alcohol and aniline accounted for 1.2% and 9% of the total amount of urea respectively.
