从“教学要面向全体学生,让每个学生都学有所得,学有所获。”这是新课程标准提出的一个重要的数学教育理念,即人人数学观,它体现了数学的个性化特征:不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。所以说素质教育是面向全体学生的教育,是促进学生全面发展的教育,分层教学是素质教育的具体体现。下面结合数学新课程教学实践,谈谈初中数学分层施教的理论基础、遵循原则及其策略。
