在纷繁复杂的国际环境和实行社会主义市场经济的新形势下,党中央一再要求全体党员特别是党的各级领导干部一定要讲政治,为新时期党的建设尤其是领导班子建设指明了方向。讲政治,是马列主义政党建设的题中应有之义,是我们各项工作取得成功的基本经验,也是今后我们走向更大胜利的根本保证。但是,怎样在实际工作中坚持做到讲政治,却是一个不同历史时期,不同条件下需要认真探索的课题。这既是理论问题,又是实践问题。我认为,在当前讲政治,必须解决好以下八个问题。
Under the complex international environment and the new situation of implementing the socialist market economy, the Central Party Central Committee has repeatedly urged all party members, especially the leading cadres at all levels in the party, to definitely talk about politics and point out the direction for the building of the Party, especially the leading group, in the new period . To speak about politics is the proper meaning of the Marxist-Leninist party building and the basic experience of the success of all our work. It is also the fundamental guarantee that we will move toward greater victories in the future. However, how to insist on political practice in practical work is a topic that needs to be conscientiously explored in different historical periods and under different conditions. This is both a theoretical issue and a practical one. I think we must solve the following eight issues in the current context of politics.
