目的建立快速检测食品中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠4种常见食品添加剂的高效液相色谱法。方法采用SymmetryC185μm4.6×150mm色谱柱,分析时间16min左右,流动相为甲醇-0.02mol/L乙酸铵,流速1.0ml/min,波长230nm。结果线性关系良好,4种常见食品添加剂的回收率在91.2%~103.5%之间,变异系数0.23%~0.37%,最低检出量安赛蜜0.0016g/kg、苯甲酸0.0014g/kg、山梨酸0.0014g/kg、糖精钠0.0019g/kg。结论操作方便、快速、准确度高。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the rapid determination of four common food additives including acesulfame, benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium saccharin in food. Methods Symmetry C18 5μm 4.6 × 150mm column was used. The analysis time was about 16min. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0.02mol / L ammonium acetate, the flow rate was 1.0ml / min and the wavelength was 230nm. The results showed good linearity. The recoveries of four common food additives ranged from 91.2% to 103.5% with a coefficient of variation of 0.23% -0.37%. The minimum detectable amount of acesulfame 0.0016g / kg, benzoic acid 0.0014g / kg, Acid 0.0014 g / kg, saccharin 0.0019 g / kg. Conclusion The operation is convenient, fast and accurate.
