目的:调查外伤性截瘫患者的社会支持水平,分析原因并寻求相应的护理对策,以提高患者生活质量.方法:将28例外伤性截瘫患者作为观察组,同期四肢骨折住院的25例患者作为对照组,利用肖水源的社会支持系统评定量表,调查分析两组患者社会支持水平.结果:外伤性截瘫患者社会支持总分(34.78±9.15)分,同期四肢骨折住院患者社会支持总分为(38.20±9.51)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P
