用早籼“广陆矮4号”作试验材料,~(14)CO_2作诱变剂;处理时期分别为颖花原基分化期、花粉母细胞减数分裂期和花粉完成期;处理剂量分别为111×10~4、222×10~4和333×10~4贝可/株,用40戈瑞~(60)Co-r射线处理作对照;以M_2代熟期和株高突变率为指标,研究了~(14)CC_2对广陆矮4号的诱变效应。试验结果表明:熟期和株高突变率基本上随~(14)CO_2引入时期的推迟和剂量的提高而降低;~(14)CO_2各处理熟期突变率平均值远远高于r射线各处理熟期突变率平均值,而株高突发率平均值相近;~(14)CO_2诱发的早熟突变率以减数分裂期引入,333×10~4贝可/株剂量处理最高,而诱发的矮杆突变率则以颖花原基分化期引入,222×10~4贝可/株剂量处理最高,对“广陆矮4号”品种,诱发早熟突变,~(14)CO_2比~(60)Co-r射线有效,而诱发矮杆突变则不如~(60)Co-r射线。

The mutation rate of ~ (14) CO_2 ~ ( 60) Co-r-ray is effective, while the dwarf induced evoked dwarf is not as good as ~ (60) Co-r-ray.
