每当秋风送爽、五谷登场的季节,鲜红的大枣挂满枝头。人们满怀丰收的喜悦,摘收那泛着清香的大枣。枣树是落叶乔木,属鼠李科枣属。枣属植物全世界约有40种,主要分布在温带地区。我国的枣树有10余种,是世界上枣树种类最多的国家。各省都有栽培,尤以山东、河北、河南、陕西、山西、甘肃等地最多。枣树枝细多刺,叶互生,长卵形,有细锯齿。花小,黄绿色,夏季开花,秋季果熟。由于它开花迟,落叶早,能避开霜冻等自然灾害。
