通过对扬迪矿理化性能、岩相鉴定分析,在实验室进行烧结性能实验研究,开发了武钢配矿结构下的扬迪矿使用技术。研究结果表明,扬迪矿配比从10%增加到35%并同时代替部分混匀矿都是可行的。在武钢原料条件下,扬迪矿最适宜的配比为25%,此时混合料适宜的水分范围为(6.5±0.2)%,适宜的无烟煤配比为5.3%~5.5%。
Through the research on the properties of Yangdi mineralization and identification of lithofacies, experimental research on the sintering performance in the laboratory was carried out, and the use technology of Jandi mine under WISCO with mine structure was developed. The results show that it is feasible to increase the proportion of Jandi mine from 10% to 35% and to replace part of the mixed ore. Under the condition of raw materials of WISCO, the optimum proportion of Jandi ore is 25%, and the suitable moisture content of the mixture is (6.5 ± 0.2)% and the suitable proportion of anthracite is 5.3% -5.5%.
