以实验室自制的C-6羧基纤维素为原料,将其浸置于饱和氯化钙溶液中,在超声条件下使Ca~(2+)与羧基络合,经离心处理后制备了Ca~(2+)络合的C-6羧基纤维素。研究了Ca~(2+)对C-6羧基纤维素钙盐的热稳定性能的影响并探索了其热降解机理。结果表明,Ca~(2+)促进了C-6氧化纤维素钙盐的热解过程,与C-6氧化纤维素相比,C-6氧化纤维素钙盐的起始热分解温度略有提升,热解速率大幅下降,800℃时的残炭量有所增加,挥发性气体种类减少,二氧化碳释放量降低。
Using C-6 carboxymethylcellulose made by laboratory as raw material, it is immersed in saturated calcium chloride solution to complex Ca2 + with carboxyl under ultrasonic condition, then centrifuged to prepare Ca ~ (2+) complexed C-6 carboxycellulose. The effect of Ca2 + on the thermal stability of C-6 carboxymethylcellulose calcium salt was studied and its thermal degradation mechanism was explored. The results showed that Ca2 + promoted the pyrolysis process of C-6 oxidized cellulose. Compared with C-6 oxidized cellulose, the initial thermal decomposition temperature of C-6 oxidized cellulose was slightly As a result, the rate of carbon residue at 800 ℃ increased, the types of volatile gases decreased, and the amount of carbon dioxide released decreased.
