人力资源管理概念引入国内不过二三十年光景,从最初的学术领域逐渐扩展到工商界。人力资源管理理论作为一个舶来品,它的一身“洋味”曾一度成为管理先进的包装纸,一度为企业趋之若鹜。然而,在这个过程中却出现了理论与实践的脱节,尤其是脱胎于计划经济的国有企业。
However, the concept of human resources management has been introduced into China for only two or three decades and has gradually expanded from the initial academic fields to the business community. Human resources management theory as a imported product, it’s a “foreign taste ” once became the management of advanced wrapping paper, once for the enterprise rush. However, in this process, there has been a disconnect between theory and practice, especially the state-owned enterprises born out of the planned economy.
